Zamani Flamenco will be participating in this year's Arts in Nature Festival at Camp Long in West Seattle. The University of Washington Bothell's annual Intercultural Night is a dinner and music fund raiser aimed at helping offset costs for incoming study abroad students. Zamani Flamenco will be one of five acts; also on the bill are traditional Turkish dance, African and Japanese drumming, and Indian dance. Ticket price includes dinner and all shows.

Zamani Flamenco will be participating in this year's Smoke Farm Annual Festival, "Interstitial Heroes." Smoke Farm is an artist collective just close enough to Seattle be convenient and just far enough to be a place all its own. Smoke Farm is the central focus of The Rubicon Foundation, a non-profit "experiment in community for Seattle artists, educators, performers, philosophers, activists, instigators and agitators."
"Interstitial Heroes" is the Farm's annual weekend-long gathering of artists, performers and thinkers. Come join us for the afternoon, the day or the whole weekend.

Zamani Flamenco will be making a special July appearance at Port Townsend's Upstage Restaurant. The Upstage features two floors centering around an acoustically superb venue and offers casual dining with menu selections of Northwest and Mediterranean fare. The Upstage is housed in one of Port Townsend's Victorian gems and is only half a block from bustling Water Street. It's also only a half block from the water and views of the seaport and Indian Island.

Zamani Flamenco will appear in Walrus Performance Productions' 1st Annual Spring E.P.I.C Festival for two weekends in June 2008. Walrus's "Evening Produced In Collaboration" will feature a diverse collection of the Seattle area's emerging performance artists, all brought to a single venue on Capitol Hill.
ZF will appear in the second half of the show each night on first two weekends of shows.

The World Rhythm Festival one of the largest events of its type in the world, distinct for its participatory nature and diversity of musical offerings. Zamani Flamenco will be making a quick appearance at the Phinney Neighborhood Association Winterfest at 11:30AM. This is Phinney Ridge's biggest holiday event! Attracting more than 4,000 participants, the Winter Festival features two buildings filled with 115 juried crafts booths, live entertainment on two stages, a quilt raffle, a bake sale and lunch items.
Winter Festival: December 1 & 2, 2007, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. each day.
Admission: $2 for members, $4 for non-members, plus a can of food for local food banks. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
